Why these photos look like this
Good detailing photography is unforgiving on purpose. Reflections are the point — a straight, undistorted reflection means flat, defect-free paint.
- Sharp reflections mean the clear coat has been levelled properly.
- Water beading tight and high means the protection is doing its job.
- Clean shuts, sills and wheel barrels are where a rushed valet gives itself away.
